This wiki is a true example of how I think people should live. It is and will continually be under construction. I hope this will be a place where you can find/share resources and information that will make all our lives easier AND more successful. This should be used as is a real workspace! Visiting the Media Center
Regular operating hours for the media center are from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. If school is in session, the media center is available. Any time you would like to visit the media center, you must first check in with your classroom teacher. Only then may you come to the media center to return, renew, or check out new books.
Books may be checked out for two weeks at a time. You may renew once that would allow you to keep any book up to one month. Magazines may be checked out for only one day. If you check out a magazine, you are expected to have it turned back in at the beginning of the next school day.
Computers are available for school use. However, when you come to the media center to work, you must inform me from which class you are coming and what task you are working on. It is also required to notify the Desk BEFORE you print anything in the media center. Any time you need additional help, please feel free to ask. You are expected to use Destiny and Reading Counts. Both are provided to help you be more successful. Let me know any thing I can do to help with your success!

DISCLAIMER: This wiki was created as a teaching tool. I have used it as a media coordinator AND in the classroom. Most of what I have compiled has come from many sources. People I do not know email me for access. I do not grant it, but am sorry that pbworks does not allow me to deny without explaining. I do not want my wiki open for others to post. It is my teaching tool. However, if you find something here that will help you help your students, feel FREE to use it in your classroom.
